The BCA Faculty will be responsible for imparting knowledge in computer science and applications to undergraduate students, covering core subjects like programming, data structures, databases, networking, and software development. The faculty member will also contribute to curriculum enhancement, student mentoring, and research/technical projects to promote academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Instruction
• Conduct lectures, lab sessions, tutorials, and workshops for BCA students.
• Prepare teaching materials including presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
• Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methodologies including ICT tools.
• Curriculum Development
• Assist in designing and upgrading course content based on technological advancements and industry needs.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with university guidelines and professional standards.
• Project Supervision & Mentorship
• Guide students in their academic projects, coding assignments, and minor/major projects.
• Mentor students in areas like programming skills, certifications, placements, and higher education.
• Academic & Technical Contribution
• Participate in departmental activities, seminars, hackathons, coding fests, etc.
• Encourage student participation in technical events and competitions.
• Institutional Development
• Contribute to academic planning, quality assurance, and NAAC/NBA documentation.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, industry visits, and guest lectures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: MCA with good academic record.
• Preferred: UGC NET qualified or Ph.D. in Computer Science/IT.
• Experience:
• For Assistant Professor: 0–3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience
